CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. We require a credit card to guarantee all bookings. We accept all major credit cards. Credit Cards will not be charged until you check out.
  2. If you do not have a credit card, we require a deposit to the value of one nights’ accommodation, to be paid 48 hours prior to arrival. If the deposit cannot be made within this time frame, we will only hold the room requested until 3pm.
  3. Deposit refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation after this time will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid.
  4. Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking. This includes any additional unit/s booked.
  5. We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you reduce the length of your stay.
  6. Check-In time is from 2pm. Check-Out is 10am. If you require a late Check-Out please enquire on arrival at reception. There will be a charge for this service.

EVENT BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS:

  1. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 4 weeks (1 month) prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking. This includes any additional unit/s booked.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

  1. If gift voucher is being redeemed by anyone other than the purchaser it is up to the purchaser to make the redeemer aware of the voucher terms and conditions
  2. Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  3. Gift Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of issue
  4. Not redeemable on any public holiday, long weekend and event weekend
  5. This voucher is subject to availability. Minimum stay periods may apply
  6. This package is priced according to the hotel, location and season
  7. Frequent flyer points are not available in conjunction with this offer
  8. Cancellations inside 48 hrs of arrival incur the full amount of accommodation cost
  9. This package must be booked prior to arrival
  10. All packages are non-commissionable
  11. All prices include GST
  12. All other charges not included as part of the voucher (such as phone calls, internet service etc.) must be settled at check out. Airline frequent flyer points and other reward/loyalty programmes are not awarded or applicable to this offer.

DISCOUNT CARDS:

  1. Discount Cards available for accommodation only
  2. Discount Card must be presented at check in to receive discount
  3. Discount Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  4. Limit of One (1) Discount Card redeemable per booking made.
  5. Not redeemable on any public holiday, long weekend and event weekend
  6. Frequent flyer points are not available in conjunction with this offer
  7. Bookings Essential
  8. All other charges not included as part of the Discount Card (such as phone calls, internet service etc.) will be charged at normal rate.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:

  1. Reservations must be booked online through the promoted offer or through Baywater Motor Inn Reservations. If making a reservation through Baywater Motor Inn Reservations, callers must mention promotion code on advert.
  2. Offer is valid for stays booked and completed by the stated cut-off date.
  3. A minimum stay may be required.
  4. These offers are based on Baywater Motor Inn’s best available unrestricted retail rates.
  5. Advance purchase required.  Baywater Motor Inn cancellation policy applies.
  6. Offer is only valid for bookings made using promotion code. For reservations not confirmed through any offer in advance, no savings will be applied upon departure.
  7. Rates are per room, per night, and availability at time of reservation and do not include additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed.
  8. A limited number of rooms may be available at promotion rates.
  9. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
  10. Offer not applicable to groups.
